FAULTS OR DEFECTS  

It is important when the purchase is received to check the good condition of the products before signing the delivery note. This will avoid future inconveniences and will serve to make use of the guarantee.  

The buyer must notify the failure within 5 (five) days of receiving the product.  

In the case of having detected a failure in the garment sent FDC will cover the shipping costs for its replacement.     

SHRINKAGE  

Rayons are fabrics that can have a 4% shrinkage. FDC contemplates this in the size curve and recommends its customers not to buy tight clothing.  

If you notice that the garment has shrunk much more than estimated, and after having complied with the recommended washing and care, you should contact FDC so that we can evaluate the possibility of replacement of the product.

RETURN  

At FDC we accept product changes within 30 (thirty) days after the product is delivered. Applications received after this deadline will not be accepted.  

Within the valid term you can change your garment for any other product, print or size.  

Products purchased during specific discount actions will be taken at the price paid.  

The products must have the following conditions to be changed:  

Not washed or used, without colors or stains, without marks or alterations made by the customer. Submit proof of purchase and delivery of delivery. In the event that FDC notices that the returned product does not fit into the described criteria, the site has the right not to accept the return or make the change. 

The cost of return or exchange will be borne by the customer.
